Refund Policy
Effective date: August 4, 2026
1. Our refund window
You may request a full refund of any payment to Meerlume LLC, a limited liability company registered in the Republic of Armenia, for any reason, and you do not need to explain why. How long you have depends on what you paid for:
- Monthly plans — 14 days from the payment.
- Annual plans — 30 days from the payment.
- Charged in error — if you were billed after cancelling, billed twice, or charged an amount you never agreed to, there is no deadline. Tell us whenever you notice and we will put it right.
Every paid plan also starts with a 7-day free trial on monthly billing. You are not charged during the trial, and cancelling before it ends means you are never billed at all.
2. How to request a refund
Paid plans are sold and processed by Paddle, which acts as our Merchant of Record. Request a refund directly from Paddle at paddle.net, using the email address on your receipt. Paddle can locate your order and process the refund without us needing to be involved.
You can also email us at support@meerlume.com and we will handle it with Paddle on your behalf.
3. How long refunds take
We aim to review requests sent to us within 2 business days. Once a refund is approved, Paddle returns the money to your original payment method. Your bank or card issuer usually takes a further 5–10 business days to post it, which is outside our control and Paddle’s.
4. Cancelling your subscription
You can cancel at any time from your billing settings. Cancelling stops future charges and your plan stays active until the end of the period you have already paid for, after which your account moves to the Free plan. We do not delete your bots or data when a subscription ends.
Cancelling on its own does not issue a refund for the current period, and asking for a refund is not the same as cancelling. If you want both, do both — cancel in your billing settings, and request the most recent payment back within the window above.
5. Renewals
Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. Paddle emails you a receipt for every charge. A renewal that catches you by surprise is covered by this policy like any other payment, within the window for your billing period above.
6. Exceptions
We may decline a refund where an account has been used in breach of our Terms of Service, or where there is evidence of fraud or repeated refund abuse across multiple accounts.
Nothing in this policy limits any statutory refund or withdrawal rights you have under consumer-protection law in your country. Where those rights are broader than this policy, they apply.
